Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for Community Cats

Free spay & neuter for feral community cats in Valencia County—done the right way, so colonies shrink and cats live healthier lives.
This program is not for pet cats or friendly house cats.

Program Details & Requirements

We provide free spay and neuter services for feral cats, also known as community cats. These cats are not owned, are not socialized, and cannot be safely handled like pets. What’s included:
Spay/neuter procedure
Vaccines
Ear tipping (required)
Ear tipping is a safe, standard way to identify a cat that has already been fixed. Ear tipping is non-negotiable.
Community cat services are free
A refundable $50 deposit is required for each trap borrowed
Clinic location:
All services are provided at Street Cat Hub, 1616 Eubank Blvd NE
Transportation is not provided. You must bring cats to and from the clinic.
All feral cats must be in a trap. No carriers, no loose cats.
We can loan traps (with the refundable deposit), but you must have an appointment with Street Cat Hub before applying for our program.
Our program covers the fees charged by Street Cat Hub—we are a voucher program and do not perform procedures ourselves.
